Work with Me

Let’s get you back in the saddle -
calm, clear, & connected.

The first step is a free 1:1 Roadmap Call on Zoom - a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we’ll talk through what’s coming up in your horse journey, where you feel stuck, and where you want more ease or confidence.

If I believe EFT can support you, I’ll walk you through what working together looks like and answer any questions you have.

This is simply a chance to connect, get clarity, and see if it feels aligned.

What does working with me look like?

I work with equestrians all over the world via Zoom using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or Tapping) a somatic tool that combines elements of Modern Psychology and the ancient art of Acupressure.

Sessions are 75 minutes long, giving us space to slow down, go deep, and create long lasting change.

Most clients work with me for 3 to 6 months, depending on their goals. Some choose to continue longer as ongoing support.

Whether you’re a professional, amateur, training a young horse, or just trying to enjoy trail rides again - this work supports riders in every discipline and every stage of their horse journey.

This is trauma-informed, compassionate work - focused on helping you resource yourself with safety, rewire your nervous system, build new habits, and embody a more connected, confident you.

This is for you if…

  • Anxiety has taken all the fun out of your horse journey

  • You’re tired of being hijacked by your nervous system.

  • You know, in your heart, horses are a part of your journey (but they're supposed to be a source of joy and not a source of stress!)

Let’s work with your nervous system - not against it - to create lasting change.

What My Clients Say

Sarah and EFT (1).jpg

"I rode 3 days in a row - all GREAT rides! As I anticipated each ride there was none of the usual tailspin of negative emotion. Friday one of the roping bulls had gotten out of the pasture, I had to hold him in an area and then herd him into the pasture. In the recent past this would have been very frightening, but I was really okay with it! My riding has been so positive and joyful. I’m making huge progress."
