Tapping with Horses
Terms & Conditions
Effective: September 2026
1. Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of and participation in the Tapping With Horses membership (“Membership”) provided by Emotional Freedom with Sarah LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Membership, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or participate in the Membership.
2. The Membership
Tapping With Horses is an educational membership for adults interested in Clinical EFT/Tapping, acupressure, mindfulness, breath-work, somatic practices, and related tools for supporting their own nervous-system capacity and, where appropriate, exploring practices involving their horses.
Membership may include a monthly live Zoom teaching/class with replay, opportunities to submit questions answered through a private podcast, and a resource library containing PDFs, audio practices, and other resources. Some months focus on the Member’s nervous system and building capacity; other months explore simple practices for supporting a horse’s nervous system, and some may include both.
The Company reserves the right to add, modify, replace, or remove Membership content, features, schedules, resources, or other components from time to time.
3. Eligibility
The Membership is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By purchasing or participating, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Fees, Billing & Cancellation
The Membership fee is $29 per month and is a recurring monthly subscription that continues until cancelled. Payments are processed through Stripe. You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate payment information.
If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, Membership access may be suspended or terminated until payment is successfully received.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges, but payments already processed are non-refundable. Unless otherwise required by law, your access continues through the end of your current paid billing period.
The Company may change the Membership price in the future and will provide notice as required by applicable law before a new price applies to an existing subscription.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member’s access to the Membership if the Member violates these Terms or engages in conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, disruptive, unlawful, or otherwise harmful to the Membership, its community, or the Company. No refunds will be provided for Membership fees already paid following termination for a violation of these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Educational, Health & Personal Responsibility Disclaimer
Emotional Freedom with Sarah LLC is not a medical practice. The Membership is educational in nature and is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional advice. The Company does not provide diagnosis or individualized medical or mental-health treatment through the Membership.
You are encouraged to consult with your healthcare provider or other qualified professional regarding any health condition or other concern before taking action or engaging in any activity or program, including the Membership. You should never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it. The Membership is not intended to replace appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional care, and should not be used in lieu of professional advice provided by qualified medical professionals, such as your doctor, or other applicable professional care providers. The Membership should be used in conjunction with appropriate medical guidance and guidance from other qualified professional care providers, as applicable.
EFT/Tapping, meditation, breath work, acupressure, mindfulness, somatic practices, and other modalities discussed or demonstrated through the Membership may affect individuals in different ways. Individual experiences and results vary, and no particular outcome or result is guaranteed.
Members are responsible for their own decisions, participation, goals, actions, and responses to the practices presented, including how they choose to apply Membership Content. The Company is not responsible for how a Member chooses to apply Membership Content.
6. Equine Activities & Safety
Working with horses involves inherent risks, including falls, bites, kicks, strikes, being stepped on, being knocked down, unpredictable movement or behavior, and other injury or property damage. Any EFT/Tapping, acupressure, mindfulness, breath work, nervous-system, or other practices involving interaction with a horse are undertaken voluntarily and at the Member’s own risk.
Members are solely responsible for determining whether a practice is appropriate and safe for themselves, their horse, and the circumstances in which they participate, and for using appropriate safety precautions. Members should not engage in a practice when doing so would distract from safely handling, supervising, riding, or caring for a horse.
The Company does not provide veterinary care, equine behavioral assessment, professional horse training, riding instruction, or other professional equine services. Horse-related information is educational and is not a substitute for veterinary care, professional training, behavioral assessment, riding instruction, or other appropriate equine care. Members remain responsible for their horse’s care, management, safety, welfare, and professional care needs.
7. Live Sessions & Member Conduct
By participating in a live session, Members acknowledge that the session will be recorded and made available to all Members. Members should avoid sharing personal, confidential, or sensitive information they do not want included in a recording.
Members agree to participate respectfully and appropriately. Harassment, threats, abusive or disruptive conduct, unlawful activity, or behavior that compromises another Member’s privacy or safety is not permitted. Members must not share another Member’s personal information or private disclosures outside the Membership without permission.
8. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All Membership materials, including recordings, private podcast content, PDFs, audio, exercises, videos, presentations, graphics, text, and other content (“Membership Content”), are owned by or licensed to Emotional Freedom with Sarah LLC unless otherwise stated.
Membership access is personal to the Member and may not be transferred or shared with another person.
Membership Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only during your active Membership. You may not share login credentials or Membership Content, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, upload, teach, or commercially exploit Membership Content without prior written permission from the Company. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Emotional Freedom with Sarah LLC.
9. Third-Party Websites & Endorsements
The Membership may reference or link to third-party websites, products, services, professionals, organizations, or resources. Such references do not necessarily constitute an endorsement, recommendation, sponsorship, or affiliation by the Company. The Company does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, services, or terms. Use of third-party resources is at your own risk.
10. Records, Access & Misuse
The Company may maintain records reasonably necessary to administer the Membership, process payments, provide access, address technical issues, enforce these Terms, and protect the Membership community. Members may not circumvent access controls, share restricted credentials, interfere with Membership systems, or use the Membership or its content in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participation in the Membership is voluntary and Members assume responsibility for the risks associated with using Membership Content and participating in the practices presented. The Member agrees to release and hold harmless Emotional Freedom with Sarah LLC and its owners, members, contractors, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Membership, including physical, emotional, or mental responses and risks inherent in interacting with horses, including injury resulting from kicking, biting, striking, stepping on, knocking down, or other unpredictable behavior.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Emotional Freedom with Sarah LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising from or related to the Membership.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the limitations, disclaimers, releases, and protections in these Terms apply to and are intended to benefit those parties.
13. No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Membership and Membership Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Membership will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, continuously available, complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular Member or horse, and does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, physical, mental, emotional, equine, or other result.
14. Unenforceable Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Membership will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Membership.
16. Changes to These Terms
The Company may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted through the Membership or otherwise communicated by the Company. Your continued participation after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Privacy Policy
The Company’s Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and handling of personal information in connection with the Membership. Please see Privacy Policy here.
